When You Take On Something Give It Everything You've Got!

This week I saw a post made by Indra Nooyi on LinkedIn wherein she shared her experience when she arrived in the US - She shares that 'She was Green, full of ambition, and nervous about what her future would hold. They say the best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The second best time is Now. To this version of herself, she would say: plant the tree. She says When you take on something give it everything you've got. Be yourself and if people can't accept who you are, it's their Loss'. In ongoing crises many of us are struggling to get up, we need to remind ourselves why we are doing, what we are doing? And we need to be in the moment, challenge ourselves and give it everything thing we’ve got, no matter how painful it is, every day with No excuses. It’s either that — or living with the pain of regret. I know have chosen Our Start-up Jeevitam, to give it everything I have got. Keep Moving!

This week I received an Article written by Dada J P Vaswani on the Topic 'Keep Moving' from a friend. I did find it relevant in the context of the ongoing crisis, sharing few excerpts. Dada explains 'Whatever be our circumstances, whatever be the conditions around us, whatever may be obstacles on our Path, just get on with our work and Keep Moving'. In our Start-up Jeevitam, whatever be the conditions, circumstances, and obstacles around us, we keep building New Partnerships, we keep getting New Clients added and we keep Reimagining the Way We help Vulnerable Segments and Entry Level Work Seekers find a sustainable livelihood. And more importantly, Jeevitam's  Team is now getting aligned to the Bigger Purpose and Keeps Moving towards the Mission Livelihood for All. As advised by one of our Advisory Board Members, Jeevitam is now aspiring not only to become a Unicorn but a Karma Unicorn.  Also in his article, he shared the story of a tiny ant in whose way he kept pu...

No One Can Stop Us When We Believe In Ourself!

I had the opportunity to interact with the students of IIM Nagpur, IIM Udaipur, IIM Jammu & IIM Trichy in the last few days on the Topic * Future of Livelihood *. All the students with whom I interacted had a spark in their eyes which usually comes with a strong will to succeed and be someone in life. Besides, I have been interacting very closely with the students of various IIMs who have joined us recently and over 70 Project Interns from various IIMs, who have started working on Live Projects with us in the last few days. In my view what stands them apart from many is their confidence in themselves, the confidence they get from others and a well planned & executed effort from their side not only to be the best but to make it clear that they are the Best. Always Believe in Yourself. 'There's No One To Stop You But Yourself' ~ Dave Thomas. Over the years as a Startuprenure, I have learned to believe in myself, take on Challenges and dig deep within myself to conquer...
