No One Can Stop Us When We Believe In Ourself!

I had the opportunity to interact with the students of IIM Nagpur, IIM Udaipur, IIM Jammu & IIM Trichy in the last few days on the Topic *Future of Livelihood*. All the students with whom I interacted had a spark in their eyes which usually comes with a strong will to succeed and be someone in life. Besides, I have been interacting very closely with the students of various IIMs who have joined us recently and over 70 Project Interns from various IIMs, who have started working on Live Projects with us in the last few days. In my view what stands them apart from many is their confidence in themselves, the confidence they get from others and a well planned & executed effort from their side not only to be the best but to make it clear that they are the Best. Always Believe in Yourself.

'There's No One To Stop You But Yourself' ~ Dave Thomas. Over the years as a Startuprenure, I have learned to believe in myself, take on Challenges and dig deep within myself to conquer my fears. And never allow anyone to bring me down. I believe Staying Positive in the ongoing crisis is all about opening to what is happening here and now, and cultivating and savoring the good in our life. I think fear, worry, and stress are normal responses to perceived or real threats, and at times like these when we are faced with uncertainty or the unknown, can possibly stop us from moving forward. We know it will not be this way forever, this will also pass. We know it may be tough right now, but we have managed some things really well. We know the only way to keep Moving Forward is by Staying Positive.

'If you believe in yourself anything is possible.

I Believe in Business or our personal life, self-confidence is a prerequisite for taking massive action. We need to Believe in Ourselves – in our abilities, skills, and passions – to take the leap into anything we want to do in our life or anything aspirational. We need to see the ongoing crisis as a window for new opportunities and possibilities. I believe our Startup Jeevitam can help Vulnerable Segments and Entry Level Work Seekers find a sustainable livelihood. I believe in our Mission Livelihood for All. I believe Jeevitam can help World become one Marketplace for Work Seekers & Work Providers. I believe Jeevitam can be a Unicorn. I believe in Jeevitam's disruptive technology and the Team to achieve what we have planned. When we believe it can happen, it happens. Stay Positive, Believe in Yourself & what you do, and Keep Moving Forward.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
