The Successful Business Formula !

Yesterday one of my Partners shared quote attributed to the legendary Zig Ziglar “You don’t build a business – you build people – and then people build your business" It made me thinking of the importance of people in our business and life.

Every successful business uses this formula. To understand, I suggest we ask questions like: How do you treat the people around you on a daily basis? Who are the People you choose to collaborate, work along with you? Do you show them how much they mean to you? Do you support them in every way possible?

This doesn’t just apply to business; it's a formula for success at home and in life. What can you do on a daily basis to support your family and friends? Become self aware on how your actions (or inactions) affect the people in your life and business. Your words must be positive. Your actions must be constructive. Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
