Hope!

Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. A single thread of hope is still a very powerful thing. Hope is the only thing stronger than fear. We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope. When the word says, "Give Up." Hope whispers, "Try It One More Time."

Hope is not pretending that troubles don't exist. It is the Hope that they won't last forever. That hurts be healed and difficulties overcome. Never Loose Hope. You never know what next year may bring.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart. If we are our authentic selves, we will have no competition. I believe Hard times arouse an instinctive desire in us to Be Authentic.
