Incurable Optimist!

This week, One of my Mentors shared that he was an Incurable Optimist, which lead me deep dive into the meaning of the term to understand him better. So in simple words, Incurable Optimist is that Optimist that relentlessly pushes forward, time and time again, never letting trials keep him from believing in the good that lies up ahead. One of the most powerful personality traits to develop in one’s quest for success is Incurable Optimism. Optimism is defined as “The Belief that Good Things will happen to you and that negative events are temporary setbacks to be overcome.” (-Mayo Clinic).

Hope is not being trapped in the past. When someone is Optimistic they have an attitude of “It may happen to me, but if it does I will find a way to get through it, and I will make it even better in the end." Without question, Incurable Optimist people are a lot more fun to be around. They are genuinely happier, healthier, more attractive people. They have an energetic sparkle that draws everyone to want to be around them.

What enables me to believe in anything is hope. Hope is very important to me, we can turn Any Situation into Positive, maybe not for ourself but for someone for sure. In my last over six years of Entrepreneurial Experience, And I now need to believe that Entrepreneur is that type of person that can see a Positive Outcome for any difficulty he faces. Without question, there will be numerous trials ahead in their Business, and as an Entrepreneur, he needs to use those trials as stepping stones to bigger and better outcomes, rather than letting them become roadblocks to their success. To a great extent, I'm also an Incurable Optimist now, and I'm a Great Believer in Never Looking Back. I believe Life is Too Short, and New Challenges are Always Exciting. Success follows the Incurable Optimist.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
