Originals!

I am often asked as a Start-up Founder that How do Original ideas shape up? I believe Freethinkers, in Business or Life, whom I call *Originals*, are the People who not only have Original ideas but they take action to champion them. They are People who stand out and speak up. Originals fear failure, but they fear not trying even more. They may fear action, but they fear the regret of inaction way more.

I believe that the first-mover advantage concept in Business or in Life is mostly a myth. Originals take time to come up with something unique and better. Originals have the habit of trying over and over until they get it right. Originals get ideas moving quickly because they know that once an idea starts moving, a lot of the details will reveal themselves along the way. In spite of obstacles or failures, they know that they will learn something that will be valuable in the future.

Over the years I have learned that Original Ideas don't develop quickly. Ideas need time to be able to change directions as different factors come in to play. Ideas need time to evolve. Great results don't happen overnight; they are created through trial and error and patience. Originals drive creativity and change in the world. They’re the people on whom we want to bet on.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
