Potential & Age!

I consider Potential and not the Age, to be the most important predictor of success at all levels. Anish Bhanwala, a boy aged 15, trumped the men standing in his way to becoming India's youngest-ever gold medallist at the recent Commonwealth Games. Also the world’s oldest marathon runner also Known as the ‘Turbaned Tornado’, 106-year-old Fauja Singh BEM took up running when he was in his 80s after moving to London from Punjab in northern India. Age is whatever you think it is. You are as old as you think you are.

I think in the new era of business and life, evaluations of one another will be based not on Age, Brains, Experience, or Competencies, but on Potential. The question is not whether you have the Right Skills; it’s whether you have the Potential to learn New ones. You can't help getting older, but you don't have to get old. The opportunities for infinite possibility exist no matter what age we are.

It’s never too late to forge a new path in life. Don’t wait for when circumstances are right because chances are that day will never come. Start today on your journey and keep moving forward. Don’t let anything stand in your way, not even your age.

Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!🏃🏽😊
