Three Life Lessons to Share : Be a Lifelong Learner; Be Passionate and Help Others Rise, Build The Future!
This week in Whatsapp Groups, I saw the video of Indra Nooyi, the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, where she shares Three Important Life Lessons. *Be a Lifelong Learner*. Indra urges people to be Lifelong Students. "Our World is Changing Rapidly all Around Us, and if We want to Continue to Thrive in the Years Ahead, We will need to Continually Educate Ourself.” And, through Continous Learning and Improving, We will ultimately feel More Rewarded, More Fulfilled, and More Enthusiastic about Our Work and Lives.
*Be Passionate* about Whatever We Do, Throw Ourself Into it. Throw Our Head, Heart, and Hands into it. She says ” I Look at My Job Not as a Job but as a Calling and a Passion.I Don’t Care about Hours, Hardships because Everything is a Joy.” So, Whatever We Do, We Need to Look upon it as a Calling, as a Passion, Not as a Job, Not as Something Temporary. We Can Do Anything as long as We have the Passion, the Drive, the Focus, and the Support. Nothing is as important as Passion. We must be Passionate, We must Dedicate ourself, and We must be Relentless in the Pursuit of Our Goals. If We do, We will be Successful.
*Help Others Rise, Build The Future.* And Lastly, She says "Greatness Comes not from a Position but from Helping Build the Future. All of Us in Positions of Power has an Obligation to Help Others Rise." I believe the Best reason for Giving and Helping Others is the Basic Joy of Making a Difference in Other People’s Lives and help Build Their Future. Do That and the Rest will take Care of Itself. We make a Living by What We Get, We Make a Life by What We Give.
