Have a Vision, Think Big, Ignore the Naysayers, Work Hard and Give Back and Change the World. Because If Not Us Who? If Not Now, When?

This week I saw this video wherein Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Austrian-American actor shared his Five Rules of Success in Life & Business. I could relate it to my Entrepreneurial Journey & How Important these Five Rules are for Success in Life & Business:

*Rule number 1: Find your Vision and Follow It* If We Don't Have a Goal, if We don't have a Vision, We just Drift Around and We're Not Going to be Happy. Always discover Our Vision and the Rest will Follow.
*Rule number 2: Never Ever Think Small* We have to Go and Shoot for the Stars. What's Wrong with That? Never Think Small, Think Big.
*Rule number 3: Ignore the Naysayers* I think it is natural that when We have a Big Vision and Big Dreams and We have Big Goals, that People are Going to say around us, “We Don't Think It Can be Done. We think It's Impossible.” Ignore the Naysayers.
*Rule number 4: Work Hard.* We never want to Fail because We Didn't Work Hard Enough. And it Doesn't Matter in What Area We're in. No Pain, No Gain. No matter What We Do, Work, Work, Work.
*Rule number 5: Don’t Just Take, Give Something Back* Tear Down that Mirror that Makes Us Always look at Ourself and We will be able to Look Beyond that Mirror and We will see the Millions and Millions of People that Need Our Help. We all can Create Change because the Bottom Line is, It is Up to Us.

As Arnold points out, If There is No Plan B then plan A Must Work. If there is No Safety Net then We Better Not Bloody Fall. If Failure is Not an Option then All our Focus will be on Succeeding. The Climb in Life and the Struggle to Get There is Really the Most Important Thing. There will always be a Winner and Loser in Things But the Difference between the Two is that the Winner Always Gets Up.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart. If we are our authentic selves, we will have no competition. I believe Hard times arouse an instinctive desire in us to Be Authentic.
