Hard Work Pays Off!

Today is Father's day and many of us like me must have wished their Father and thanked him for just being there for us. However, from all the values he gave us, if I was to pick one value which sets him apart, it will be his hard-working attitude towards life. I have learned from my Father that a dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work. I think hard work definitely pays off. Pretty much anyone who has accomplished anything has had to work hard to achieve their goal.

Over the years I have realized that harder We work, the more Luck We have. If we believe that we are going to be successful at anything, the key thing is to Work Hard. However, it's equally important that we should enjoy the work we do and be passionate about it. In the last few years of my Entrepreneurial Journey, I enjoy the work I do and have been part of my life. I think about my work pretty much 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am of the opinion all the hard work, all the sacrifices, all the sleepless nights, struggles, downfalls, it all pays off.

However, I also believe that all this noise on whether hard work pays off or not is meant to encourage, make sense of things, advise and more. At the end of the day, just working “hard” without working “smart” is just as dangerous as being lazy! If we really Want Something, We Don’t Wait for It to come to us, instead, We Get the hell Up and Go Get It! Repeat until We Get it Done Right! We Do Not Quit or Give Up! It matters though, that when we see an Opportunity, We should Not Wait any longer – instead, put all the Hard Work required into it and show the world that We Deserve It.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
