Dream Big. Work Hard. Stay Humble!

This week I was in Dharamshala to attend Himachal Pradesh Global Investors Meet. There I had the opportunity to listen in person to our Prime Minister. In his speech, he shared his Big Dreams for the Nation, how we all have to work hard to achieve these dreams (he himself is known to be working hard tirelessly without break for years) and at the same time we need to be humble (the way he carried himself with humility). I believe Big Dreams attract Big People. If we have determination and belief in our big dreams, we will succeed in spite of all the hardships we may face. At the same time, we have to work hard to achieve big dreams because they won't be realized without a fight. Besides, we always need to stay humble, share the credit and wealth, remaining focussed and hungry to continue the journey of success.

As a Startupreneur over the years, I've learned that failure will always come. We have to learn to give these failures a big squeeze, smile at them, humble ourselves to them and then use them as a springboard to send ourselves on our way to strength, success, and fulfillment. I believe we have to have a big vision and take very small steps to get there. We have to be humble as we execute but visionary and gigantic in terms of our aspiration. In the Startup industry, it's not about grand innovation, it's about a lot of little innovations and hard work: every day, every week, every month, making something a little bit better, a little bit bigger.

I strongly believe that success comes to those who dedicate everything to their passion in life. In my Startup journey, I am actually doing everything I am passionate about. At the same time, I think success is not a good teacher, it's the failures that make us humble. As it's important to be successful, it is also very important to be humble and never let fame or money travel to our head. I am often asked by Young Students 'What's the secret to success?' I keep telling them that there are no such secrets. I keep telling them To Dream Big, To Be Hungry. To Be Humble. And To Always Be the Hardest Worker in the room.

Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!🏃🏽😊
