Why Collaboration is Important in the Present Crisis?

The Present crisis is causing severe disruptions that are impacting all. We all are facing unprecedented challenges and it's important for all of us to clearly understand that no nation, no industry, no individual will be entirely spared from the brunt of this pandemic. In the last few months we have seen coordinated responses have become necessary – and even called for – to deal with issues impacting all of us. We have understood that during the most trying times like this one, it’s critical that we stick together, support each other, and collaborate. I believe it’s only by working together that we’ll get through this crisis.
We have realized that it's important to have a repeatable method in place to collaborate around ideas and refine solutions for challenges as and when they arise. It will involve the design and implementation of new models of collaboration and relationship management between all in order to derive greater synergy from these collaborations. Improved collaboration between governments, businesses, and individuals will now, without a doubt, be one of the keys to fighting the present pandemic.
In the last over one month, with the economic crisis disproportionately impacting the Blue Collar Workers, our Startup Jeevitam got pushed into the center of the solution. We collaborated with the Labour Ministry at the Centre to roll out Digital Job Fairs across India, worked along with All India University Association to launch Digital Campus Placements for College Students, working with leading Corporate CSRs to help students of ITIs and skill development organizations/NGOs find work. We are working on innovative business models with various NBFCs & Corporates to help find a livelihood for people who have been affected by the present crisis. Collaboration is important as it divides the tasks and multiplies the success.
