Reimagining Business & Life!
Who’d have thought it would take a global pandemic and an economic crisis to see how we can re-imagine our future in business and life. The economic cycle is broken or at least disrupted for a while. Our usual way of being has changed – irreversibly and forever, maybe for the better. A search for different answers has begun and a new kind of normal will quickly take shape. A new agenda for change is emerging, gaining traction, and is raising questions that will not go away.
The need of the hour is to think of business and lifestyle models that are easily adaptable. Being so will mean that even in a time of crisis, our Businesses and Life can keep moving. Telemedicine is a clear example, We are already seeing consultations without patients actually going to a clinic or a hospital. Going Digital will be the new normal wherein the technology will play the role of the biggest enabler. It is expected that businesses will move to a hybrid model — a mix of physical and remote working. We will perhaps think of models in which emphasis will be on completing a task within a specified time frame.
All of us have to learn to live with very different expectations. The new expectations are to make money last longer, meet newer demands of people, and see what opportunities can be tapped into. In our Startup Jeevitam, the ongoing crisis has made us reimagine our Platform to make relevant Livelihood Opportunities available to all Globally and at large scale. We will need to reimagine how our people, our skill sets, our core capabilities can be used toward making the best of these emerging opportunities. We will need to reimagine our life and business with the next big ideas which will possess global relevance and application. We need to reimagine the future which will all be about togetherness and resilience.
