Positive Affirmations!

This week while watching famous Indian Movie 3 Idiots, one of the famous Actors Amir Khan would use this Positive Affirmation, “All is Well,” whenever in difficulty. Whenever things would get funky, or things would go wrong, he would just remind himself that 'All is Well'. And he would tune back into this stream of well-being. Positive Affirmations I think are Positive Statements that can help us to challenge and overcome our self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. I have experienced, when we repeat them often and believe in them, we can start to make positive changes.

In these difficult times, I’ve warmed up myself to Repeated Positive Affirmations as an innocuous way of sweet-talking to myself through the not so good stuff. I remember the famous dialogue from an Indian Movie: When we truly want something and go after it without limiting ourselves with disbelief, the universe will make it happen. According to the Law of Attraction, what we think and feel shapes our reality. I keep telling my Team that in this crisis our Startup Jeevitam is destined to help people Save their Livelihood. Very soon our Jeevitam Livelihood Platform will have over 100 Million Work Seekers looking for Livelihood. And we keep seeing Universe opening up New opportunities for us to achieve the given milestone.

I believe the more we begin to Trust the Positive Affirmations, that our well-being is within us, around us, supporting us, more Positivity we can begin to experience in our lives. I feel Repeated Positive Affirmations can work because they have the ability to program our minds into believing the stated statements. When we are able to deal with negative messages and replace them with Positive Affirmations, we can construct more adaptive, hopeful narratives about who we are and what we can accomplish. Think Positive, Be Positive!!

Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!πŸƒπŸ½πŸ˜Š
