Never Stop Believing!

This week What Team India has done for themselves and their fans is something for the history books to record, for generations to cherish, a story that shall remain immortal. This performance by our players also teaches us big life lessons. The most important lesson I feel is that one should have belief in our abilities and Never Stop Believing. After their humiliating first test defeat, they won the next test and subsequently the series. The Indian Team showed us that we should Never Stop Believing in ourselves & our capabilities, and we shouldn’t listen to anyone who tells us otherwise. No matter what happens, no matter how far we may seem to be away from where we want to be, we should Never Stop Believing.

The above quote has been the cornerstone of our Startup Journey in Jeevitam. We keep exploring various models to solve the problem of sustainable livelihood. We dream to have 100 Million Work Seekers on the Jeevitam Platform. We keep asking questions while we are trying to help Vulnerable Segments find a sustainable livelihood. We are Bankers who ventured into an area that was completely new for us. We believe in our ideas and we are seeing our ideas getting acceptance. We believe in the Power of Reimagining the way people find their livelihood. We believe in the hard work required to make a difference and create an impact. The truth of the matter is that we should Never Never Stop Believing in ourselves. No one. Not you, nor I, nor anyone else. 

Why? Because, while life hasn’t been easy for most of us since the onset of the crisis, we don’t realize how we’re being molded and shaped for a bigger and brighter future when we’re struggling to just get by. We all have had our different journeys in the last nine months, We all had to learn unique lessons in these difficult times. I believe It’s a matter of not giving up. It’s a matter of continuously pushing forward and living with a resilient heart and a tenacious spirit. It's a matter of finding a deep-enough reason to achieve something. It's a matter of having a positive mindset. No matter what happens, we should never give up the hope and the belief in ourselves, in our future, and Never Stop Believing, Miracles happen.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
