Execution is the Key!

This week when the second wave of Cases is coming up, one thing which is being applauded by all is the seamless Execution of the biggest immunization drive in India. More than 55 million doses of vaccines have been administered in India in what is the world's biggest inoculation drive. I still remember in my Corporate Career, Executing the Idea of taking out a *Safety Yatra* across Andhra Pradesh while trying to increase the reach to Tier 2 & 3 cities. In my review, I was told that it's not only that Ideation is important, also more important is the seamless Execution of the Idea. That statement stood with me and I believe Execution is the Key to Success.

In our Startup Jeevitam, we believe We have to have a Big Vision, Mission Livelihood For All and take very small steps to get there. We strongly believe We have to be Visionary and Gigantic in terms of our Aspirations but We have to be Humble as We Execute. It's all about a lot of little innovations: every day, every week, every month, making something a little bit better. I love to share my ideas, thoughts, and concepts on Mission Livelihood For All with my clients, my Investors, my Friends, and my contemporaries. I just share my Point of View and Move on. I just Move, hear the doubt, appreciate the support, and Execute..but I keep Moving. I think when We Stop Convincing and Start Executing, it's Key to the 'Coming Over'.

Execution of Early Response triggered by the ongoing crisis was literally of Hyper Execution. Innovators and Early Adopters, executed their effective response to the crisis and now have taken the lead. And as we get into the second phase of the ongoing crisis, I think it's time for the Early Majority to come in, else they will be either Late Majority or Laggards. I do believe this ongoing crisis has made a significant structural break and some of our Execution Models have changed for the long term. I think it's an opportunity for all of us not to wait any further and start Executing all those ideas and plans we always had. Execution is the Key to Fulfillment of Our Dreams.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
