Reimagine the Way We Work And Live!

This week while delivering the Keynote address in one of the Webinars organized by a leading college, I shared my perspective on the need to Reimagine the Education & Employment framework in the New Normal & Beyond. This also made me Relook at the We have been Living and Working. I keep saying that the ongoing crisis is giving us all a rare opportunity to Reset the Way We Work and Live. And while doing so we should try to Reimagine the way we Wish to Work and Live. Lockdowns have forced us to Live and Work in a way for some time now, we could not have ever imagined earlier. We could not have imagined Work From Home for so long. We could not have imagined spending so much time with our family. Let us Now Reimagine the Way We Work & Live. Since the onset of the crisis last year, the Entire Workforce has been in Transition. After the first wave, there were expectations that things will go back to old Normal, however, the second wave has changed everything. Corporates acro...

Let's Talk (Aao Batein Karein)!

This week One of my Colleagues who has recently joined us, suggested that we should have a get together with all the colleagues over video conference, to know each other and Just Talk. No Business Talk. And actually, we all talked, we could see faces behind the names, we got to know each other better, it was a bit different from our daily routines, it was fun, we all enjoyed the conversation and agreed to do it at least once a month. Post call, it made me realize that because of these Lockdowns and Travel restrictions, we are getting restricted at home and one of the biggest casualties has been that we are not having enough conversations with Family, Friends, Colleagues, Neighbours, and with Everyone. I am a Foodie and miss my conversations over Food with Family & Friends. We have not opened our office for more than a year, I miss my side  Conversations with my Co-Founders and Colleagues. I have not attended any of the Conferences in the last year, miss conversations with Membe...

Stay Strong!

This week was a bit tough for most of us. Every day, We were hearing of losing someone close to Friends, neighborhoods, and Professional Friends. At the same time, we were getting info of many friends, colleagues, relatives going through ongoing challenges themselves or with their immediate family members. It was indeed a tough week to stay positive, keep doing your bit and keep working hard to keep things Moving. This week, was indeed tough for most of us. However, as an Individual, it is important for all of us to Stay Strong Physically, Emotionally and Psychologically. It is important To keep Everyone Together, to Keep Doing your bit, and Keep Moving Forward. It is important for each one of us to Stay Strong as an Individual. This week, I also saw we all coming together as a Strong Community. Family members coming together to help each other in need. Keeping a check on each other. School Friends, College Friends, Professional Friends calling on each other to help each other in whate...

How Are You?

The ongoing crisis in its second wave is much more severe in intensity. Every day we are hearing our Nears & Dears getting affected in some way or the other. It's quite draining both emotionally and physically. Yes, It's also very scary. However, I keep saying we all have to do our bit in whatever way we can. We are responsible for our Nears and Dears, and one simple thing I think we all can do is to keep asking our Near & Dears, How Are You? Yes, it's a Very Simple way to check and give comfort to our Nears and Dears that there is someone there checking about them. And if required, do whatever you can do to help. It's as simple as this. So call up, send a message, asking 'How Are You? ' This ongoing crisis is also putting strain on the system, yes the medical fraternity is overstretched, the government machinery is doing whatever they can, NGOs/CSRs are again back trying to help as many, Everybody is stretched to their limit. In this Chaos, we can do ou...
