New India in New Normal!

I keep saying the ongoing crisis is once in a Life Time Opportunity to Reimagine the Way We Live and Work. It's also a Big Opportunity to Reimagine New India in New Normal. Lockdowns forced us to Reimagine the Way India Works. Work From Home became a reality, it got acceptance from Industry as one of the Working Options. Telemedicine became a Reality, Government accepted it as one of the options to deliver medical Services. Online Education became a Reality, Education Institutions & Edtech Startups proved it as one of the ways to Educate. Ecommerce is one of the ways to deliver products & services become a Reality, Industry accepted E-commerce as one of their Business Models. All the changes we would have resisted, we were forced to accept and I believe all these changes will be the foundation of New India in New Normal.

In the coming months, when India hits its New Normal of Work-Home Hybrid, we will enter into one of the greatest periods of Scale, Productivity, and Innovation in India's History. Imagine, Work From Home opening up Working Opportunities for Women, Youth of India, Vulnerable Segments to Work from Anywhere. Our Startup Jeevitam is disrupting the way 42 crs Vulnerable Segments Work Seekers & Entry Level Work Seekers in India seek Livelihood. Imagine, India becoming one E-Marketplace for all Products & Services wherein People from Rural India & Metro cities having similar access with a total market size expected to reach USD 188 billion by 2025. I believe that there will be unprecedented Growth in All Sectors driven by Technology & Innovation which will make India one of the world's three wealthiest nations, on Par with America & China.

I believe in the coming years, India will have a much bigger role to Play in the Global Markets too. India's demographic dividend will play a very vital role. We will not only have more work opportunities for Indian Overseas, with Ageing Population in many countries. Work from Anywhere will open up new Opportunities & Possibilities for Indians to Work for Corporates across the globe but from India. More Corporates & Startups like Jeevitam will become Global Platforms and India will take lead in Sectors like Technology, Education, Healthcare & Green Energy. For example, India has taken the lead in running the largest vaccination drive in the world. New India will have the opportunity and responsibility to Lead the New World in the New Normal.

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
