Encourage One Another And Build Each Other Up!

This week We had few good Team Building Sessions at our Startup Jeevitam, as we are growing very fast and our Team size is increasing very rapidly. I think today's teams are different from teams of the past: They’re far more diverse, dispersed, digital, and dynamic. I have learned over the years when team members rely on each other to get the work done, team productivity and efficiency are always very high. I believe if we want to accomplish Big Things in Life, we always need to Encourage One Another And Build Each Other up to help Bring Our Mission & Vision to Life.

In the ongoing crisis, there is a lot of uncertainty, we all are hearing about possible third waves, and when this crisis will get over is anybody's guess. Besides, because of this uncertainty lot of changes are happening at a very fast pace. New Normal is Emerging and to stay relevant it's important that we Encourage Each Other to Survive & Stay Relevant. I think in these difficult times it's important We Ask, Involve, Trust, Inspire, Challenge & Inform Each Other To Encourage One Another. When we avail ourselves and look for opportunities to Encourage One Another, we will find More & More Opportunities Open for us.

We often feel happy with ourselves when we can offer something to someone else. No matter what the motivation, getting out and helping Building Each Other is the key in the Ongoing Crisis. I strongly feel and have experienced that people appreciate and never forget that supporting gestures especially when times are tough. For it is in giving that we receive. The more we Encourage One Another & Help Build Each Other Up, the more we stand to gain purpose, meaning, and happiness—all of the things that we look for in life but are so hard to find.
