Identify the Winners!

This week I went through one of the posts made by Matt Higgins (Guest Investor on the series Shark Tank) where he shares how Cathie Woods (Investor) spends her days making calls on the edge (Identifying Winner Stocks/Ideas) - and more often than not, getting them right. She Says 'If there is merit as others are dismissing the possibilities, that's where we're going to find great success. Matt agrees with her and believes, 'Obvious is the enemy of Arbitrage. We must train our minds to cultivate our conviction and then act on the opportunity before the tipping point of evidence. It's so so hard to identify Winners. But when we do, and we know in our heart that we see something others don't, we must abide by the voice in our head and go all in.' As a Startuprenure, I concur with his views in entirety. In Business & Life, to be successful, we need to Identify the Winners.

It's indeed hard to identify Winners in Business. They get into the game to win as they can't be waiting on the sidelines. They always believe in asking what is required to win. Winners in Business know it's important what they can do, what they can't & focus their energies on people and places where they can affect more change. They strongly believe it's the Team that delivers and Winners in Business always try to get the best talent to work together with them. At Jeevitam, we are on a Mission Livelihood for All and We are trying to create the required impact in the ongoing crisis. We are convinced that we are on to something really big. As the evidence of our continuous success keeps emerging, we are seeing more and more people joining us in our Mission. They are seeing something that others are not. Successful People Always Trust their Instincts to Identify the Winners in Business and then Go All In.

It's also indeed hard to Identify Winners in Life. In the recently held Olympic Games, all the Winners who won medals, I will call them  Winners in Life. They never stop practicing what got them to where they are in the first place. Winners in Life always see Room to Grow & Room to Learn. They spend each aspect of their Life purposefully. The entire structure of their routine and day-to-day lifestyle, start to finish is linked to their goals and aspirations. Winners in Life own their mistakes so that they can learn how to improve, faster. They recognize work ethic, drive, passion, vision, and most of all, dedication. True Winners in Business & Life are in their hearts leaders, they know their value. It is exemplified in who they are, what they do, and the way they do it. Successful People have one thing in common—they Identify & Invest in Winners in Business & Life.
