If You Can't Find a Way, Create One!

This week I came across the above quote and feel it's very relevant in the context of the ongoing crisis. As the crisis subsides, the world is divided and can't find a New Model to Work & Live. I think we need to learn from what worked since the onset of the crisis and not to go back to old ways of working. I believe it's high time to defy conventional wisdom and create a New Way of How We Work & Live. And for that, I think it will require a creative, generative orientation towards the world. It will involve continuous learning and growth. It will entail a different approach to work and life that I deeply believe is both possible and necessary. I am confident that We can create a New Way to Work & Live.

Over the years I have learned that there’s something about growing up, where it seems that we’re often taught that we should figure out how to be right instead of trying out new ways of doing things and be not right. We are not encouraged to ask questions and it makes us contain our curiosity. We mold our lives to fit with conventional notions of success. We get on the path, or at least we do our best to appear to be on track. We concede to our circumstances, even if we’re not sure what we want. Slowly we stop exploring New Ways of Doing Things. The truth is forging our own way isn't easy because there will always be someone who is going to tell us it isn't possible or that is not how things are done. And it will be up to us to decide who we listen to Other people or our own Intuition and Inner Guidance while we create a New Way to Work & Live.
At our Startup Jeevitam, We are creating New Ways of helping Vulnerable Segments and Entry Level Work Seekers find Sustainable Livelihood. We are on a high growth trajectory and defying conventional wisdom while we create New Business Models. I think that's the essence of any Startup. We believe Work from Home/Work from Anywhere Opportunity is opening doors to help everyone, irrespective of Segment we belong to, irrespective of Place we live, find Sustainable Livelihood at a Meaningful Scale. I keep saying, We used to Live Where we Worked, We are now trying to find New Ways to Work Where We Live. I believe the Emerging Opportunities are creating a lot of Possibilities, giving us a once in a lifetime chance to Create our own New Way to Work & Live.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!🏃🏽😊
