Evolving & Reinventing With The Changing Times!

This week I read through the list of Super Women in Forbes Magazine who have taken charge, coped with crises, and scripted their success. One story which stood out for me was that of Arundhati Bhattacharya - who lead the journey of India's largest Bank, State Bank of India through its toughest phase - decided, at 64, to reinvent and challenge herself in the world of information technology and became Chairperson & CEO of Salesforce. Another article in Fortune India Magazine on how one of the oldest Conglomerate Tata Group under its Chairman N. Chandrasekaran is spearheading a massive transformation by adding new businesses and strengthening old ones. So whether it's an Individual or a Corporate, We are never too old to Evolve & Reinvent Ourselves.

Commit to Reinvent Yourself, to know that real growth happens in a place of discomfort. ~ Les Brown.
Unexpected events like the ongoing crisis have disrupted our habitual routines, jolted us out of our comfort zones, and forced us to ask big questions about what matters and what is worth doing. It’s no wonder that many people are rethinking the Way We Work & Live. We all have to choose what posture to adopt against the ongoing change – whether to be a shaper of the future, a fast follower or to manage defensively, putting off change. Staying the same is no longer an option. At our Startup Jeevitam, we have decided to take lead and be a shaper of the future. I believe that the winners will not only execute relentlessly against today’s imperatives but will also innovate and transform themselves to prepare for the future. This future will require all of us to step out of our comfort zone to keep Evolving & Reinventing with different options in an uncertain world with the Changing Times.
In the uncertainty of changing times, it’s easy to focus on what’s tried-and-true, to want to stick with what’s familiar, and resist taking chances. It’s also easy to get caught up in the negativity around us and give in to the self-limiting beliefs that prevent us from reinventing ourselves. It’s important to know that whether we want to take a big step or a small step in reinventing ourselves, we will face resistance. It can take the form of guilt, fear, uncertainty, or timidity. Resistance is often unreasonable, irrational, and full of unfounded fear and excuses. To push through resistance, we need to challenge our fears and doubts, focus on our aspirations, and do the required work. Through the power of reinvention, we will better understand ourselves and what we are capable of achieving. Keep Evolving & Reinventing Ourselves to emerging Possibilities & Opportunities arising With the Changing Times.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!🏃🏽😊
