Good Things Take Time!

This week I saw the movie Mission Mangal again. It is a brilliant movie and it beautifully portrays the inspirational and motivational story of the Mars Orbiter Mission team. We can all learn a lot from each and every member of the Mars Orbiter Mission team. My Key Takeaways: First, We should never lose hope. Even if the odds are against us, we should work with sheer zeal and achieve the unachievable. Second, Our hard work is what will make us triumph over the numerous challenges and obstacles placed on our way to success. Third, Optimism is a great weapon, a weapon that aids in the fight against let-downs. Fourth, and more importantly, Ideas take a while to formulate and do not do so in moments of aha, but rather slowly brewing and forming over time. Good Things Take Time.

We all live in a world that adores speed. But the nature of business and life is more organic. A gorgeous wine takes time to mature. And – great businesses and world-class lives are not created in a day. It’s more about evolution than revolution. Our Startup Jeevitam has also evolved over the last two years. Our idea to use AI & Voice based Technology to help Vulnerable Segments find sustainable livelihood has been gaining traction. We have been making small daily improvements that, over time, have led to many finding sustainable livelihoods & also stitching key partnerships across the Segments. It’s these small steps, I call them Moving the Needle Steps, that matter most.

Yes, it has been a bumpy ride in our Startup Jeevitam, but every day, We thank our failures for bringing us this far. We thank all the people who said no to us, all the people who didn't help or support us - because if it weren't for them We wouldn't have pushed ourselves to reach where we are today..a place where our dreams, are now our reality. Ultimately, as long as we are putting in the effort to move forward, we will achieve success. No matter how small or slow it feels, these little efforts add up far quicker than we realize. So we don’t have to be bothered when things feel slow, because they’re supposed to. Everything is going to come together; maybe not today, but eventually. Good Things Begin with an Idea & Take Time.
