It’s Never Too Late To Start Over!

 This week I saw a post on LinkedIn wherein the famous Bollywood Actor shared his Life Journey. He became an Actor at the age of 35 years and he believes that it's never too late to start over. Yes, Life has been imperfect for many in the last over two years since the onset of the crisis. It has been difficult and complicated and burdensome and messy for many. And we all have been part of it, a part that grows and changes and learns and adapts and comes back together. But there will never be a time when we can’t just step back and start all over. Breathe. Then begin again. There is no rewind, but we can always restart, It's Never Too Late To Start Over.

However, to Restart, we all need to Let Go. We need to let go of the ways of working which are no more relevant, let go of the old normal, and let go of the anxieties over what lies ahead, of the worry we feel over a future we cannot control. Let go. We all need to realign to the New Normal, Grab the new opportunities & possibilities emerging, and reconstruct them back into a path suitable for us. We are not supposed to be this static person, this person we have always been and always will be. The world is continually shifting, and we are continually moving within it, in whatever direction we want. If we don’t like that direction, turn. Don’t turn back. Don’t turn around. Just turn. Right. Left. Diagonal. Cut across the grass. Take a back road. Reshape. Remold. Reconnect. And Restart again, it's Never Too Late.

For the Business, the financial year came to a close this week. At the beginning of the new financial year, it’s an opportunity for businesses to spin things around for the better. And for that, they need to Forget how they have always been defined by it and redefine themselves with something new, something big something relevant. The task of starting something new/different could be far more challenging than doing it. Start over. Begin again. All at once, or piece by piece. Start with the little things. Then be patient as we begin again, becoming new, becoming something relevant and Big. It's Never too Late to Start Over.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
