Never Stop Dreaming, Never Stop Believing, Never Give up, Never Stop Trying and Never Stop Learning!

This week I attended a couple of Seminars after a long time. In these Seminars, you often come across successful people who Dream Big, who Believe in themselves, who Keep Moving forward, who Keep Trying New ways of doing things & Never Stop Learning New things. The topic of one of the Seminars was India @100, Everyone was asked to share their Dream of India when it turns 100. It was interesting to hear what many have to say regarding their vision, their thoughts, their beliefs, and their dreams. I believe we all should Never Stop Dreaming. I remember When I was in College in Agra, I used to share my desire with my Mother to start my career in Mumbai. She used to tell me that I dream big and yes I got my first break in Mumbai. My dreams kept changing as my career progressed and now as a Startupreneur I dream of helping Vulnerable Segments find Sustainable Livelihood and getting our Startup a Unicorn status. I remember the last line of the famous movie Pretty Woman "Everybody c...

Together, Impossible is Nothing!

Our Prime Minister in his Independence Day Speech gave a *Clarion Call* to work towards the *Pride of Nari Shakti* which will play a Vital Role in fulfilling the dreams of India. CSC Grameen Naukri in Partnership with Jeevitam is launching Audacious Project to help over one Million Women/Girls find Sustainable Livelihood, Financial Inclusion, Capacity Building, and Access to Government Schemes. We believe this project will help Women & Girls of India become Self Dependent which will help towards the Goal set by our Prime Minister. We believe, No amount of investment is a substitute for the skills and knowledge that an ecosystem can provide. Often, these ecosystems include micro-entrepreneurs, micro-producers, small- and medium-sized enterprises, and nongovernmental organizations. It is possible to co-create solutions with the help of ecosystem partners. Accordingly, We are now *Inviting All & Everyone* to Partner with us in this Audacious Project in whatever capacity ...

Try Something Big, Try Something New!

I keep saying to my Team that in a Startup like ours when we think of doing something, why to think Small, why not think of trying something Big. And when we try to do something, we question everything, question what's working & what's not working and that's how we may stumble on trying something New. I believe that's the essence of any Startup. Almost a month back, we tried to answer the question, what after 'Beti Padao, Beti Bachao'? (Save Girls, Educate Girls). We came up with the Answer: 'Beti Ko Swawlambi Banao' (Help Make her Self Dependent). The next question was how many Girls can we Impact? We said to ourselves, why think Small, why can't we impact as many? Here, we added one more theme, 'Har Nari Banegi Aatmanirbhar' (Every Woman will become Self-Dependent) to increase Women's Workforce Participation. And Now we are trying to do something Big, we are launching Audacious Project on 2nd October to help over Million Women/Gir...

Don't Blame Others!

I keep sharing with my Team that in our Startup Jeevitam where we are trying to Solve the Problem at a Scale that is unprecedented and use Technology that is Innovative & Evolving, many times things will not go the way we had planned. And when it does happen (which happens many times), while we are looking at the reasons, I keep telling my Team not to blame any individual while doing the assessment. We need to relook at the Process, retest the system and try everything to make the whole experience people agnostic i.e. irrespective of the person who is managing the experience, things should go as planned. In my experience when we assign blame to someone, in our mind we are trying to make others accountable. However, Blaming Others does not solve a problem, it usually only makes people defensive, nobody wants to accept the blame, it's quite natural. We forget, when We Blame Others, We give up the Power to Change Ourselves. "If we are looking to inspire people then blaming i...
