Together, Impossible is Nothing!

 


Our Prime Minister in his Independence Day Speech gave a *Clarion Call* to work towards the *Pride of Nari Shakti* which will play a Vital Role in fulfilling the dreams of India. CSC Grameen Naukri in Partnership with Jeevitam is launching Audacious Project to help over one Million Women/Girls find Sustainable Livelihood, Financial Inclusion, Capacity Building, and Access to Government Schemes. We believe this project will help Women & Girls of India become Self Dependent which will help towards the Goal set by our Prime Minister. We believe, No amount of investment is a substitute for the skills and knowledge that an ecosystem can provide. Often, these ecosystems include micro-entrepreneurs, micro-producers, small- and medium-sized enterprises, and nongovernmental organizations. It is possible to co-create solutions with the help of ecosystem partners. Accordingly, We are now *Inviting All & Everyone* to Partner with us in this Audacious Project in whatever capacity & scale anyone wishes to contribute. We Believe, Together, Impossible is Nothing.

"Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible." ~ Francis of Assisi. In the last few weeks as we have been working on this Audacious Project to help over one Million Girls/Women find Sustainable Livelihood. While working with many of our External Partners & our Internal Team Members, we realized in their Minds somewhere, there has been a voice inside them that was Yelling "It's Impossible". We told them not to listen to it, instead kept advising them to keep working harder, keep learning new ways of doing things and get that winning streak in them. I keep sharing with them that Let us not allow voices of Lack, fear, and smallness to stifle the good work we can do. Let us refuse to let our past define us. Let us Build up new abilities, and by doing so discover new things about ourselves and the world at large. We have to make Winning a conscious decision, we need to make our mind whether we want to pass or fail, and we need to prove to our mind that we can push ourselves further than we thought possible. We need to Persevere. Whatever We have to do, we need to just find an Excuse To Win, Impossible is Nothing.

Famous Footwear & Apparel Brand, Adidas sometime back came out with a campaign "Impossible is Nothing" where the spotlight was on a global collective of inspiring women who are breaking down barriers in sports and beyond. It was the brand's call to action to all the women out there to keep making the impossible possible every day. At Jeevitam, We believe it's possible to give girls & women choose to go out to work or let work come to the home. It's possible for women to choose the Trade they want to work irrespective of their qualifications. It's possible for women to choose the numbers of hours they want to work when they want to work. It's possible for the Entire ecosystem of Government Bodies, Academia, Skill Development Universe, Corporates & Startups, and CSRs/Foundations/NGOs to work together for increasing Women's Workforce Participation. It's possible to make as many Girls/Women Self Dependent which will help towards  Pride of Nari Shakti if we all work together towards this Goal. Together, Nothing is Impossible.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are.
