Each One Help One!

 This week I was in Mumbai meeting our Existing and Prospective Clients. While we meet the clients, there is always something we learn from our clients. While we are launching our Audacious Project of helping over one Million Women/Girls find Sustainable Livelihood, one Big learning came from a client if we could ask one successful working woman to help another Woman/Girl become Self Dependent, this will help increase Women Workforce Participation in a Big Way. I personally believe it's a Big Idea that if executed well can really make a tremendous impact. I believe All women who are Working & Self-Dependent are an Inspiration for Women/Girls who are Aspiring to become Self-Dependent. All Successful Women besides working hard must have received support/help from Someone to become what they are today. I believe if Each One of them just Help One Woman/Girl become Self-Dependent, this is the best way for them to give back what they had received for them to be successful.

'We make a living by what we Get. We make a Life by what we Give' ~ Winston Churchill. People around the world are waiting for someone to hold them and be there if they require help. The more we can hold them and give our little time & compassion, we can make a big difference in their lives. The joy of helping someone is indescribable because it takes courage to give something from our lives to others. It is not easy to do something for another person. But if we have the heart to do something for others without expecting anything in return, it makes a difference. The joy of helping someone makes a person expand his or her life to a great extent. I am a firm believer in serendipity, the more we give to someone, the more we get from the universe. I firmly believe that our relative happiness comes from materialistic things but our genuine happiness comes from helping someone in need. I think in some phase of our lives, each one of us has to understand that there is nothing greater than helping at least one person in our Lives. When Each one of Us Helps One another, Everybody Wins.

“We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone.” ~ Ronald Reagan. I personally believe that for someone to help we have to Ask for Help and If We Don’t Ask, We will not get any help and the answer will always be No. All too often, our internal chatter prevents us from taking the steps needed to ask for help from Someone. We have to Ask someone to get the support and help We need at Work & in Life. Nothing happens until We Ask for the help We need. We have experienced that People love to come together to help someone when they are able to relate with what & whom we are asking to help and the way we are asking. In my view, while each one of us should have the boldness to ask for help, on the other hand, those who can help should have this empathy to help someone when they need the most. We never know how big of an impact we can make in someone's life when each one helps one when it's asked for. The Greatest Good is When Each One Helps One another.
