Jeevitam launched Aarambh on 2nd October, an Initiative to help at least one Million Women/Girls find Sustainable Livelihood, Financial Inclusion, Access to Government Schemes & Capacity Building. We believe we are on to something Big, something Audacious and this Initiative probably be the beginning of a Movement & and that's how we are calling this Initiative Aarambh, a Begining, a Shruat for everyone to come together to start a Movement. There are many good people/organisations who are doing amazing work, the idea is to bring them all together, give them a *Plug & Play Platform* and allow them to contribute as per their capacity, we call it  Yathashakti. 

- You are a Corporate/Startup, pls share open positions for Women in your organisation, we will help you find Women Work Seekers across country. Many many Corporates and Startups have already signed up. 

- You are Government Body, you can participate in any way you want, CSC Gramin Naukri, a Ministry of Information Technology Enterprise is our joint Partner and National Career Services, Ministry of Labour is our Government Partner.

- You are a Girls College/School/Women Polytechnic, we can help do Job Fairs & College Placement Drives in your College/School/Women Polytechnic, CBSE is our Academia Partner. 

- You are into Skilling, You can help in Skilling/Training/Capacity Building, NSDC & Retail Sector Skill Council are our Skilling Partners. 

- You are CSR/Foundation and are working in Diversity Inclusion space. You can Partner with us in this Movement. IBM CSR Skills Build & Wadhwani are already our Philanthropy Partners and many more CSRs & Foundations are joining Aarambh. 

- You are a Individual Women and Working, You can Mentor a aspiring women/girl to become Self Dependent. 

- You have Rs one lac to contribute or you have 1000 crs to contribute, you can contribute as per your capacity and willingness to contribute towards the cause.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart. If we are our authentic selves, we will have no competition. I believe Hard times arouse an instinctive desire in us to Be Authentic.
