Let's Collaborate!

 This week I attended a whole-day Seminar organised by a leading government body as a Speaker. I always like such Seminars as it gives an opportunity to meet a lot of people in one Place, the opportunity to get different perspectives of speakers on a given topic and an opportunity to Learn New Ideas. One Big takeaway from this Seminar for me was that if we wish to Solve a Problem of Scale, it's important to Collaborate. The problem of helping Vulnerable Segments in their Financial & Social Inclusion is so Big, it needs Government, Academia, Skilling Universe, Corporates/Startups/MSMEs and Philanthropy Organisations to join hands for the required Impact. I keep saying that there are so many stakeholders doing such meaningful work, but they are limited in Scale, I call them Islands of Success. And more importantly, it will require us to question the status quo and come out with Innovative Solutions. I keep saying Let's Collaborate to do Something Impactful (Kuch Acchaa Karte Hain), Let's Collaborate to do Something Big (Kuch Bada Karte Hain), and Let's Collaborate to do Something New (Kuch Naya Karte Hain).

Collaboration is the act of working with others towards a common goal. We believe to truly make collaboration effective, it must be approached as a win-win situation. For us the concept of win-win means that all our Eco-system Partners involved in the collaboration with us benefit from the collaboration. We think it's not about one person or a group winning at the expense of another. Collaboration for us is not a zero-sum game, where one person's gain is another's loss. Instead, we always try to find ways to work together that benefit everyone. For example, we use our Technology & coordinate with our  Ecosystem Partners to help Training/Skilling Partners in mobilisation/creating batches for various Training/Skilling Programs to help them scale and earn more revenue. We experienced that when we started working with various CSRs & Philanthropy Organisations as their implementation partners, we were not a competition to anyone as we are a Startup, it helped us to generate new ideas & perspectives, and achieve More Revenue and Scale.

Collaboration is the key to success, whether in our professional or personal life. By working together with others, we can achieve much more than we could on our own. In my professional life, working with others has helped me identify new ideas, solutions, and perspectives that I might not have considered on my own. Collaborating with my Coworkers, Clients, and Eco-system Partners in my industry has helped me build my network and learn new skills. In my personal life, collaboration has helped me build stronger relationships and achieve my personal goals. It has helped me build deeper connections with those around me, as we work together towards a common goal of making Jeevitam a success. Let's collaborate to achieve shared goals, solve complex problems, and generate new ideas. With a shared vision and commitment to our goals, Let's Collaborate to Do Something Big! Something Impactful!! Something New!!!
