Seize the Opportunity!

  In our Startup Jeevitam, we have been spending some good time in the last few weeks planning our Revenue Strategy for the year 23-24. We are a Startup and we keep evolving our Strategy as we grow & scale up. This year we are focussing on the Social & Financial Inclusion of the Vulnerable Segments. While we keep the focus on being the 'Livelihood Partner for Life' for the Vulnerable Segments, we are also helping them with Financial/Digital Literacy and helping them access to Government Schemes through our Government Partner. This strategy has suddenly opened up a host of opportunities for us. We see the Budgets of the Central & State Governments, and we see opportunities for Jeevitam. We see advertisements of achievements of the State in a Newspaper, and we see opportunities for Jeevitam. We go and attend Seminars being organised by Industry Associations, and we see opportunities for Jeevitam. We believe it's on us now how to organise the resources, leverage our Unique Technology Platform and work with our Industry Partners to Seize these Opportunities.

'The future belongs to those who seize the opportunities it presents.' ~ Malcolm Forbes. Opportunities are all around us, but it's up to us to recognize and seize them. Whether it's a chance encounter with someone who could change the course of our career, a new idea that could revolutionize our startup/business, or a personal challenge that could lead to growth and fulfillment, it's important to be open and ready to take advantage of these opportunities when they arise. Opportunities often come in unexpected forms, and if we are too set in our ways, we may miss them. Opportunities can come at any time, so it's important to stay alert and aware of what's happening around us. Opportunities are often fleeting, so it's important to take action quickly when we see one. I have experienced that not every opportunity will work out, but that doesn't mean we should stop trying. I believe, Seizing Opportunities often requires an open mind, willingness to learn, persistence and perseverance. We all should remember, seizing the opportunity is all about taking action and making the most of the opportunities that come our way.

There are many opportunities available in various aspects of our life, such as career, education, relationships, and personal growth. Opportunities can sometimes be disguised as problems. As a Startuprenure, we see these challenging situations or obstacles an opportunities for growth, innovation, or improvement. Similarly, in our personal lives, problems can often provide opportunities for personal growth and development. It's important to remember that every problem has the potential to be an opportunity in disguise. It's important to note that while opportunities may be abundant, not all opportunities are created equal, and not all opportunities may be suitable for everyone. It's important to have a clear understanding of our goals, values, strengths, and weaknesses to make the most of these opportunities available. It's important to be proactive in seeking out opportunities, rather than waiting for them to come to us. It's important to understand that success often comes down to a combination of hard work, strategic planning, and seizing the right opportunities when they arise. It's important, to keep an open mind, stay focused on our goals, and be ready to take action & Seize the Opportunity.

Be Authentic, Do Uncomfortable Work And Surrender To The Outcome!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
