Build Partnerships That Make Great Things Happen!

 Since the beginning of this month, We have been focussing on meeting and finalising plans with our Partners for the New Financial Year. As we met our Partners We were convinced that the only way we can go both fast and far is together. Every time we think about the Social & Financial Inclusion of the Vulnerable Segments, We are filled with hope and the realisation that collectively we truly can do anything. We simply need the will, the determination, the right Partnerships, and a focus on meaningful measures of success. Getting to something bigger like Social & Financial Inclusion of Vulnerable Segments is much easier if we are not attempting it alone. Partners push each other toward audacious goals and hold each other accountable to reach them. We believe Partnerships are like a renewable energy source that keeps us going, even in the midst of challenges. Our Partners help us understand and practice purpose in every action, word, and connection we make with others, building a way of being that becomes the foundation for our lives and our legacy of positive change.

Over the years, we have experienced that building partnerships that make great things happen is a very challenging process. We have seen one of the biggest challenges in building partnerships is aligning the goals and objectives with the partner. Each partner has different motivations and objectives for the partnership, which if not met can create tension and conflict. Second, Communication is very critical in building successful partnerships. We have experienced a lack of regular conversations, which can hinder the partnership's success. We are a Startup and bring innovative ideas to the table with our Partners. We have seen in many instances, one partner which has more resources or influence, has blatantly misused their position of strength to just copy-paste our ideas/technology for their short-term interest. Trust and accountability are essential components of any successful partnership. However, building trust and accountability can take a lot of time, patience and persistence. We have learnt over the years to communicate openly and honestly with our Partners and be flexible and adaptable. We have learnt to be committed to building trust and accountability, aligning our goals and objectives, and working through any conflicts or challenges that may arise from time to time.

Over the years in our Startup Jeevitam, we have created one of the largest Ecosystems of Partners across India to help in the Social & Financed Inclusion of Vulnerable Segments. Building partnerships that make great things happen offers many benefits, including increased resources, expanded reach, shared expertise, reduced risk, improved efficiency, increased credibility, and improved relationships. By working together, individuals and organizations can achieve shared goals and create impactful outcomes that benefit everyone involved. We have learnt that the only way we are really going to solve humanity’s biggest, most complicated problems is by forging meaningful partnerships and then using those relationships as catalysts to drive even larger collaborations and social movements. Our purpose is achieved simply by being 100 per cent there for our Partners - Providing Trust, Respect, and Belief in one another and helping each other reach out to something bigger. This daily practice inevitably extends to every life we touch, making all our connections and our lives meaningful. Reimagining the world can begin with nurturing Partnerships of meaning and using them as epicentres for collaborations at a scale we cannot yet comprehend.
