This week it was my Birthday, it's just that one day in the Year where everyone wishes you and many try to make you feel special. My Startup, Jeevitam Family had organised a small get together for me in the office with everyone in the team joining physically/digitally. There was usual cake cutting & food, but what stood out for me on this occasion was that everyone from the team spoke about me. They spoke about their experiences with me, my discussions with them, events, occassions etc, everyone had something to share. It was indeed very nostalgic and heart warming to hear everyone speak about me. In the Evening Over Dinner with my Family Elders, enthused with my experience in office, I requested all Elders to speak about their experiences with me, again hearing them, it was full of warmth & love. This whole experience was indeed an eye opener for me in many ways as I never knew the full extent of the impact I have had on others. I realised that a brief conversation, a simple word of encouragement, or an impromptu exchange can leave a lasting impression on someone's life. I understood that it's in these seemingly insignificant moments that we have the power to make a difference. Living a Life of Impact as I now understand is all about being intentional in the way we interact with others. It means recognizing that every conversation, every interaction, and recognizing that even the smallest moments can have a Lasting Impact.
On your Birthday you realise that one more year has been added to your life. And somewhere it makes you reflect on your life gone by. Today morning I recieved this video of Sadhguru Ji in one of the WhatsApp Groups, in which he advises us not to take life seriously. I am sharing the transcript in verbatim. "What you are doing is Important. But You need to take a holiday, so holiday does not mean coming to India, holiday is every day. In those 24 hours you must take a holiday from your seriousness, seriousness has come essentially because of your self importance. You hold yourself as an important person. I want you to see, you are a little speck of dust in the existence. Tomorrow morning if you disappear, for sure in India nobody will miss you, even down under, they won't bother much you know. A handful of people will miss you, they will also forget soon enough, isn't so? Whooff! Nature does Whooff.. you are gone and nothing will happen in this world, everything will happen wonderfully well, even if you are not there. Every human being should be aware of this very moment of his life. It does not matter what the whole world says about you. It does not matter how significant work you are doing. You must understand that tomorrow morning the world will go on fine without you. Just loosen your life a little bit. Laugh a little more. Involve yourself with people around you. Do things that you think is not so important, don't do things that are important. Do simple things. Very important you do Simple things. If you keep doing very important things in your life, You will become dead serious. And don't be Dead now. A time will come. This is the time to be Alive. Don't be Dead serious About Life, Your Life is Just Play." Be Alive, Live Life.
On my Birthday, while I reflected on the years gone by, I am also looking forward to Living My Life to Fullest. For me Living Life to the Fullest means embracing every moment and making the most of every opportunity that comes my way. It's about living a Life that is authentic, fulfilling, and meaningful. Living Life to the Fullest for me is setting goals and taking action to achieve them. Living Life to the Fullest for me means to keep stepping out of my comfort zone and keep embracing new experiences. Living Life to the Fullest for me means Practicing Gratitude by taking out time regularly to reflect on the things I am grateful for. Living Life to the Fullest for me is to keep cultivating positive relationships with the people around me. Living Life to the Fullest for me means taking care of my mind and body. Living Life to the Fullest for me means Giving Back to others and making a positive difference in the world through my Startup Jeevitam. Living Life to the Fullest for me means embracing every moment and making the most of every opportunity. It's also about living with purpose, passion, and intention, and not taking a single day for granted. Live Life to the Fullest, and make every moment count.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!
