Dream Big, Work Hard, Be Positive and Optimistic in Life!

This week I saw this video on Social Media wherein Mr. Mukesh Ambani shares three of his Life Learning with the next Generation. His first learning to the Youth is "Dream Big, align your Passion in Life with a Goal. If we focus on the Goal, we will overcome obstacles. If we focus on obstacles, we will never reach our Goal." Dreaming Big for me has always been important because it gives me something to strive for. It motivates me to work hard and achieve my goals. My Big Dreams kept changing in Different phases of my life. In early stage of my career, for me starting my career in Mumbai was Big Dream. And now my Startup Jeevitam is my Big Dream. I have experienced that When we have Big Dreams, we are more likely to take risks and step outside of our comfort zone. We are also more likely to persevere in the face of challenges. I consider myself as a Passionate person and this is what gives me the drive and motivation to keep going when things get tough. When we are passionate about something, we are more likely to put in the hard work and dedication necessary to achieve the Big Dreams. I have seen keeping our focus on our goals can help us stay motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and overcome any obstacles we encounter along the way. I was remembering the famous dialogue from my all time favourite movie 'Pretty Woman' of the 90s, I am sharing the Indian version "Welcome to India! What's your dream? Everybody comes here; this is India, land of Dreams. Some Dreams come true, some don't; but keep on Dreaming!' - this is India. Always time to Dream, so Keep on Dreaming!!'."
Mr. Mukesh Ambani's second Learning to the Youth is "There is No Substitute for Hard Work. Even more important is to pursue excellence in at being the best not just the best in India, but the best in the world." I personally believe that the Harder We Work, the Luckier We Get. Behind what looks like sudden success is often a lot of hard work, trial and error, and failures. The Harder we work, the more good ideas and chances we may make for ourselves! And the reward for hard work well done is the opportunity to do more. I have experienced through our Startup Jeevitam, far and away the best gift that life has to offer us is the chance to work hard at work we love and is worth doing. Over the Years I have learnt to be Persistent, to be Diligent and to be Driven in whatever I do and this requires a lot of hard work. There are no shortcuts. There are no tactics. No strategies. No magic dust. There is and always has been, a single trait that I believe trumps all - Hard Work. Hard Work Works. In the end, we cannot control our luck—good or bad—but we can control our effort and preparation. Luck smiles on us all from time to time. And when it does, the way to honor our good fortune is to work hard and make most of it.
Mr. Mukesh Ambani's third Learning to the Youth is "It is important to be positive and Optimistic in Life. Dismiss the prophets of Doom. Have Self confidence, believe in Yourself and above all, believe in India. Because this country gives every Indian the opportunity to realise his goodness. And I think Best of India is yet to come." I think fear, worry, and stress are normal responses to perceived or real threats, and at times when we are faced with uncertainty or the unknown, can possibly stop us from moving forward. We know it will not be this way forever, this will also pass. We know it may be tough right now, but we have managed some things really well. We know the only way to keep Moving Forward is by Staying Positive. I Believe in Business or our personal life, self-confidence is a prerequisite for taking massive action. We need to Believe in Ourselves – in our abilities, skills, and passions – to take the leap into anything we want to do in our life or anything aspirational. We all in our Startup Believe that Jeevitam can help Vulnerable Segments and Entry Level Work Seekers in their Social & Financial Inclusion. We Believe in our Mission Livelihood for All. We Believe Jeevitam can help World become one Marketplace for Work Seekers & Work Providers. We Believe Jeevitam can be a Global Platform. We Believe in Jeevitam's disruptive technology and the Team to achieve what we have planned. When we believe it can happen, it happens. Dream Big, Work Hard, Be Positive And Optimistic in Life, and Keep Moving Forward.

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
