Be The Extraordinary!

This week we had a Masterclass for the Team Jeevitam by one of our Mentors on the Topic 'Why is Jeevitam rightly placed to Do Extraordinary Revenue this Year?' It wad really a eye-opening session for all of us wherein we all understood our true potential and the scale of the problem we are trying to solve. I am sharing a few of my learnings from the session. In a world that often looks for conformity, can often feel mundane and predictable, there is a compelling call to rise above the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary, there is a yearning deep within us to break free from the ordinary and become something extraordinary. Being extraordinary is not reserved for a select few; it is a path available to each and every one of us. Being extraordinary is not about being born with exceptional talents or possessing extraordinary circumstances. It is about recognizing our unique capabilities, pursuing our passions, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what we believe is possible. It is all about tapping into the depths of our potential, challenging the status quo, and embracing the power of our uniqueness. By daring to be extraordinary, we can unlock our full potential and make a lasting impact on the world around us. Each of us has the capacity to be extraordinary in our own way, and by unleashing our inner greatness, we can make a profound impact on our lives and the lives of all.

Being Extraordinary is also closely intertwined with growth and continuous learning. We keep sharing with our Senior Team that the world is constantly evolving at a much faster pace since the onset of crisis, and to stay ahead, we must be willing to adapt, acquire new knowledge, Unlearn, ReLearn and develop new skills. Jeevitam, as a Startup keeps challenging the status quo, questions it, and redefines it. By cultivating a growth mindset, we open ourselves up to new perspectives, ideas, and opportunities. In addition, we have strived to surround ourselves with a supportive and like-minded Ecosystem Partners who are crucial for our growth, success and quest to Be The Extraordinary. The power of collaboration and connection cannot be overstated. By engaging with our Mentors & Advisory Board Members who share our values, passions, and ambitions, we create a network of support, inspiration, and accountability. These relationships provide us with guidance, feedback, and the motivation necessary to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals. A strong community amplifies our impact and fosters an environment of growth and shared success. Moreover, being extraordinary means embracing failure as a stepping stone to success. Over the Years as part of our Startup journey, we have learnt Failures & Setbacks, are not a reflection of our worth or potential; rather, they are an essential part of our Journey & Learning Process. We have always used these experiences as opportunities for growth, resilience, and self-improvement. Failure teaches us valuable lessons, builds character, and strengthens our resolve. Embracing failure with a growth mindset allows us to learn from our mistakes and adapt our approach, ultimately propelling us to Be The Extraordinary.
Being Extraordinary also involves making a positive impact on the world around us. In our Startup Jeevitam, we are using our Proprietary Technology & Unique Business Model to help Vulnerable Segments find Sustainable Livelihood and in their Social & Financial Inclusion. We believe each of of us have the ability to create meaningful change, whether on a small or big scale within our immediate community or world at large. Acts of kindness, compassion, and service have the power to transform lives and inspire others to be extraordinary in their own right. I have learnt the hard way over the years in my Startup Journey that being extraordinary necessitates self-care and balance. It is essential to prioritize our physical, mental, and emotional well-being as we strive for greatness. By practicing self-care, setting boundaries, and nurturing our relationships, we create a solid foundation from which to launch our extraordinary pursuits. I believe Being Extraordinary is not a destination but a continuous journey of self-discovery, growth, and impact. It requires belief in ourselves, stepping out of our comfort zones, and pursuing our passions with unwavering dedication. It is about embracing failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, surrounding ourselves with a supportive community, and making a positive difference in the world. Each one of us as an individual or as an Institution, has the capacity to Be The Extraordinary in our own unique way. So, Let Us Rise Above The Ordinary and Embrace The Extraordinary Within Us.

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
