I keep saying to my Team that in a Startup like ours, when we think of doing something, why think Small, why not think of trying something Big. And when we try to do something, we question everything, question what's working & what's not working and that's how we may stumble on trying something New. I believe that's the essence of any Startup. A few months back, we tried to answer the question, Why College Placement Drives cannot happen in those colleges where it has never happened? Why College Placement Drives cannot happen for B.Com, B.Sc and BA Students? Why College Placement Drives cannot happen every month till as many students find Livelihood? Why College Placement Drives cannot happen for First Year & Second Year Students? And Now we are trying to do something Big, we are launching another Audacious Project to do College Placement Drives in over 1000 Colleges every month. And to achieve the stated objective, We are trying to do something New, while we look into Emerging Opportunities & Possibilities.
'Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. When we think Big, the first resistance we face from within & external is that it looks impossible to achieve. I firmly believe the biggest mistake most of us make in life is not trying to do something Big and taking massive actions to fulfill our true potential. I still remember my experience of working in Largest Private Sector Bank wherein we used to first get audacious Targets which were almost impossible to achieve, then we used to put our heads together to figure out how we are going to achieve those numbers given, take massive action and we used to achieve them as a Team. I think that Big things do happen and as we Reimagine College Placement Drives, if we believe in what we are trying to do, work hard to achieve what we aspire and keep striving & fighting in trying to do Something Big.

As we Try to do something New, we always run the risk of things not going as planned. I believe greatest rewards come to those who are Bold enough to create something new, unexpected, and Impactful. In our Startup Jeevitam a few months back we got a unique opportunity to train as many in Financial Literacy across India. We were Bold enough to go for it with everything we had. We are strong believers in innovation and growth—we keep asking questions in order to anticipate events so that we can evolve and be bold enough to change before we are forced to. And we never give up. Over the Years We have learnt that to do something Impactful, we need to be bold enough to laugh in the face of fear, letting benefits outweigh risks. We have learnt to dump the old and see an opportunity to reset the way we work and live. We saw the recent crisis as an opportunity to do something we have been always wanting or trying to do. We keep attempting to try new things, acquire new skills and accept the newness of the skill acquired. We keep taking bold bets and risks with a clear Perspective that we may fail and were ok with it. Let us push ourselves, get comfortable being uncomfortable while we Try to Do Something Big, Try to Do Something New, Try to Do Something Impactful.
