Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe!

This week I read through a post wherein the Author believes that when we do what we love, we attract our kind of people. She thinks the key is to show up consistently, genuinely care, and listen and do everything from a place of love and not the need to fit in. People can smell authenticity from miles away. I also personally believe in what the Author thinks as in our Startup Journey, Team Jeevitam have always been fortunate to be surrounded by people, who share similar interests, values, and beliefs. And I believe this is not merely a coincidence but rather a result of the energy we emit and the vibrations we project. When we exude positivity, impact, and enthusiasm, we emit a frequency that resonates with those who possess similar energies. Our outlook on lives we impact, our ability to find silver linings, and our genuine kindness all contribute to the vibrations we put out into the world. These vibrations I think act as a magnet, drawing people into our lives who share our optimism & focus to Do Something New, Do Something Big and Do Something Impactful. It is said that "like attracts like," and in the realm of human connections, this couldn't be truer.

Beyond the general aura we project, our vibe also attracts those who align with our core values and beliefs. When we live authentically, staying true to our passions and principles, we naturally gravitate towards individuals who share similar ideals. This alignment I have seen goes beyond superficial interests and delves into deeper connections rooted in shared perspectives and common goals. When we are authentic in our actions and interactions, we attract a tribe that embraces us for who we truly are, fostering meaningful long term relationships built on trust and mutual understanding. In the last few days I have been traveling and will like to share details of three individuals whom I met, feel will be friends for life. I met a senior leader who has been empowering his team to deliver the best of services, he has been a hero who stood by his team in a grave crisis and who is full of ideas to build institutions and take them to the next level. I met a senior lady who works hard diligently to give her best, comes from a orthodox family wherein her mother supported her aspirations and she has this dream to be at the top level of a leading hospitality chain, a true inspiration for all the women. I met a retired leader who is still full of energy, he wants to give back to society in his modest ways and help the youth of the country become good human beings. I believe when we consciously set our intentions to surround ourselves with positive and uplifting individuals, we create a magnetic force that draws these people towards us.
I have experienced in my Startup Journey that by being clear about the qualities and values we seek in our tribe, we open ourselves up to the universe, signaling our readiness to connect with those who will uplift and support us on our journey. Intention acts as a guiding force, guiding us towards the kind of relationships that bring out the best in us and help us grow. In the last few years we have been fortunate to create a Ecosystem of Partners, Mentors and Individuals who have been instrumental in the growth of our Startup Jeevitam to help Vulnerable Segments in their Social and Financial Inclusion. The energy we radiate, the authenticity we embody, and the intentions we set all play significant roles in the connections we form with others. Surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who align with our values and aspirations can have a profound impact on our growth and happiness. So, lets embrace our uniqueness, live authentically, and be intentional in the energy we project, and watch as our tribe naturally comes together, enriching our lives in unimaginable ways. Remember, we have the power to attract the kind of tribe that will uplift and inspire us, so Let's Choose Our Vibe Wisely.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!
