Love Your life. Love Yourself. Love What You Do!

This week, sadness touched our family as my brother's mother-in-law passed away. Her joyful spirit and zest for life inspired many, including me. Seeing her at the crematorium made us realize how quickly life can slip by, and how we all reach the same end one day. But as we stepped back out, life went on. It was a powerful reminder to cherish every moment. Life is like a short trip, with each stop a chance to learn and grow. Knowing it's not forever encourages us to live with purpose and joy. So let's make the most of each day, appreciating the small things - like sunrises and sunsets. Let's laugh often, embrace new experiences, and build meaningful connections. Curiosity can guide us to explore, and gratitude can unlock the true beauty of life. As suggested by a famous columnist in today's leading daily, this Year instead of creating wish lists for the Year, let's create daily To-Do Lists. And if we keep ticking off daily tasks, by the time 365 days have passed, we may manage to fulfill resolutions to Love our Life, that we didn't even know we had made in the first place.

Amidst the whirlwind of modern life, where chasing societal ideals and external validation blurs our vision, the Dalai Lama's wisdom cuts through the noise: "To accept ourselves is to love ourselves. To love ourselves is to grow. To grow is to Live." It's a stark reminder that in the race to meet expectations, we often forget to embrace the most fundamental relationship – the one we have with ourselves. Instead of seeking approval in fleeting glances and hollow praise, imagine the liberation of cultivating an unwavering affection for our authentic selves. This self-love isn't blind acceptance of flaws, but a gentle and firm commitment to nurturing our potential. It's the quiet voice whispering encouragement after a stumble, the hand reaching within to guide us towards growth, and the heart celebrating every unique triumph. This inner acceptance is the fertile ground from which personal evolution blooms. We begin to embrace vulnerability, shed inhibitions, and explore uncharted territories, fueled by the confidence that comes from loving who we are at our core. So, take a deep breath, turn inward, and whisper to yourself the words whispered by the universe: "You are loved." In this self-love, in this gentle nurturing, lies the seed of a life truly lived. At the end of our Life, we should have a tick box to all items in our bucket list and have a feeling of Life Well Lived.
In a world where opinions and judgments abound, the essence of doing what we love emerges as a guiding principle for genuine success. Steve Jobs' timeless wisdom encapsulated in the quote, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do," serves as a beacon in navigating the tumultuous waters of life. When we cultivate a profound connection with our passions, it becomes the catalyst for our most exceptional work. Loving what we do isn't just a luxury; it's a necessity for unleashing our full potential. This connection ignites a flame within us, propelling us to create, innovate, and strive for excellence. By embracing what truly matters, we not only produce work that reflects our authentic selves but also leave an indelible mark on the world – a legacy of passion and purpose that we can genuinely be proud of. In our Startup Jeevitam, we are very passionate of helping vulnerable segments in finding sustainable livelihoods and in their social & financial inclusion. So, in the pursuit of greatness, let love for what we do be the driving force that propels us forward, transcending external judgments and affirming the intrinsic value of our unique contributions. I will like to quote a dialogue from a famous movie 'Life Mein, filmon ki tarah, anth mein, sab theek ho jata hai. Aur Agar theek na ho, toh picture abhi baaki hai mere dost..(In life, like in movies, everything ends up okay in the end. And if it doesn't, the story is not over yet, my friend..). Let's Live Life to the Fullest in the Year 2024.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!
🏃🏽😊
