#Restart #Restart #Restart

This week I saw the movie "12th Fail". I could relate the movie so much to My Life & My Startup Journey over the last decade. Cinema often celebrates the extraordinary, the larger-than-life heroes who defy gravity and destiny. But "12th Fail," echoing Anurag Pathak's novel, shines a spotlight on a different kind of heroism – the everyday courage of Manoj Kumar Sharma, a 12th fail from the dusty plains of Chambal, who dared to dream of cracking India's Everest of exams – the UPSC. This isn't a story of superhuman feats; it's a symphony of #Restart, a testament to the millions who battle societal pressures, academic roadblocks and career related setbacks. Manoj's journey isn't a sprint; it's a grueling marathon, each stumble a lesson etched in the hard soil of perseverance. His #Restart speaks out against something quietly but strongly : failure isn't a dead end, but a fertile ground for resilience, dreams never truly die, they transform in the fire, stronger and brighter than before, stronger and more luminous. "12th Fail" invites us to dust off our own dormant aspirations, to see every setback as a chance to hit #Restart on the symphony of our potential.

"12th Fail" I feel isn't just a movie; it's a workshop in navigating our own self doubts, self beliefs and societal expectations. Manoj's story teaches us that focus, unwavering focus, is the compass that guides us through internal and external storms. Each misstep, each harsh criticism, becomes a crucible, forging not just knowledge, but self-awareness and resilience. Embracing criticism isn't a shield to deflect, but a sculptor's chisel, refining our weaknesses into strengths. Honesty becomes the North Star, illuminating the path even when doubt tries to shroud it in darkness. Manoj's journey reminds us that the universe whispers encouragement to those who dream with open eyes and grateful hearts. He never forgets the helping hands that eased his climb, a testament to the power of community and gratitude in achieving the seemingly impossible. His #Restart isn't a solitary act, but a symphony played by many instruments, each one vital to the harmony of his success and for everyone who dares to dream.
"12th Fail" I believe isn't just a film; it's a clarion call for every soul yearning to break free from the shackles of conformity and embrace the symphony of their own aspirations. It's a #Restart for every dream abandoned, every ambition dimmed. Manoj's story whispers, "There's no shame in hitting #Restart. In fact, it's the bravest thing we can do." So, let us all shed the skin of past failures, let go of the weight of our limitations, and embrace the exhilarating journey of starting anew. Remember, with every #Restart, we shed the cocoon of self-doubt and step into the boundless possibilities of our own potential. We Stumble, We Learn, We Rise. We become Stronger, Wiser, and Ready to Soar. Our wings may be battered, but our spirit remains unbroken, fueled by the unyielding rhythm of our #Restart anthem. This anthem isn't about perfection; it's about progress, about the audacity to keep going, to try again, to rise again, until our dreams take flight and paint the sky with the vibrant hues of our own unique success, our own unique story.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!
