If We Keep Doing things that are in Our Control i.e Keep Working Hard, Stay Committed & Bring Our Best on the Table. Things that are not in our control, will eventually take care of themselves!

This week I read through a post shared by Actor Suniel Shetty on LinkedIn. I have read his several posts and must say like his posts as I find them written with experience, heartfelt and something you could relate to. He shares "In our careers, we need so many different things to align, for an opportunity to work out. We need to be there at the right place at the right time. We perhaps need the right kind of people to show up and support us. We need the right kind of skills. And yet in the moment of truth, we need all that and so much more to come together and work like magic. It may not be evident at the time, but in due course we will look back and realise how several factors came together for something good to fall into place." Life can feel out of control at times. There are things we can't change, like unexpected events or other people's actions. But there's also a lot we can influence. By focusing on what we can do, like working hard, staying committed and bringing our best on the table, we build a strong foundation for ourselves and our success.

We often don't realize that our hard work, our commitment and determination to bring out the best on the table has a far-reaching impact. I think it's not just about the immediate results, but the gradual shifts in our perspective and abilities over time. Like a skilled craftsperson shapes materials into a masterpiece through patient strokes, our consistent efforts shape our abilities. We become more resilient and our sphere of influence expands. Things once impossible gradually become attainable through cultivating our potential, not brute force. This phenomenon extends beyond individuals - teams, organizations, and societies can harness this power by collectively focusing on what they can control. In our Startup Jeevitam, through our shared commitment, aligned effort, and dedication to our mission to help vulnerable segments find sustainable livelihoods, we have been able to grow year after year, even facing seeming insurmountable problems.
I believe, controlling what we can and trusting the uncontrollable will fall into place is a powerful mindset. I have experienced, it frees us from worry's shackles, allowing us to channel energy productively. Embracing this approach makes us active participants shaping our lives, not passive bystanders at circumstance's mercy. We take ownership of our growth, our progress, and our potential, knowing consistent efforts reverberate through our existence. When the world conspires against us and the uncontrollable looms daunting, we draw strength from the foundation built. I have experienced in those crucible moments, our disciplined approach's power shines, allowing graceful navigation of turbulence. We emerge fortified, ready to relentlessly pursuing our dreams. I have seen instead of worrying about the uncontrollable, we focus energy on what we can influence. Working hard with commitment gradually expands our capabilities. Each small victory builds confidence and resilience until once overwhelming challenges become manageable. We shape our circumstances rather than we being shaped. Things that are not in our control, eventually takes care of themselves.
Happy Sunday!! Keep Moving & Smiling!!
