This week our Startup Jeevitam, won the Award in the Community Engagement Category at the HSBC CNBC TV18 SME Champions Awards in the presence of Minister Mr. Nitin Gadkari. I believe Awards stand as shining beacons of recognition, illuminating the path of hard work and dedication that led to their attainment. They serve as tangible proof of our past accomplishments, validating the countless hours of effort and perseverance we've invested. I experienced that when we hold an award in our hands, we're not just grasping a trophy; we're holding a piece of our own history, a testament to our growth and the challenges we've overcome. I think these accolades remind us of our capability to excel and inspire us to continue pushing our boundaries. They serve as milestones in our journey, marking significant achievements and reminding us of the power we possess to turn our dreams into reality.
But I think awards are not merely endpoints; they are stepping stones to greater heights. I believe receiving an award helps often may open doors to new opportunities, expanding our horizons and propelling us to the next level of our growth. The recognition that comes with an award can boost our confidence, encouraging us to take on bigger challenges and aim for even loftier goals. I had prepared a small note to be shared with in the awards ceremony, however I did not get a chance and would like to share it with all: 'This award is testament of all the hard work, innovation and the impact Jeevitam has been able to make in the lives of vulnerable communities in India. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank all. First of All I would like to thank my Co Founders, Sridhar this award is incomplete without you, missing you very much today for the event. I would like to thank our Advisory board for being our sounding board and helping us in every phase, especially our Chairman, Mr. R Muralidharan for spending hours patiently listening to us and mentoring us. I would like to Thank the Entire Team Jeevitam for being part of this incredible journey. To help Vulnerable Communities, the support of Ecosystem Partners is a prequisite, will like to thank our Government Partners, especially Labour Ministry, our Academia Partners, especially CBSE, our Philanthropy Partners, our Skilling Partners for all the support. This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
