This week I was traveling and trying to meet as many during my trip. And while I try to meet as many during the trip, most of my discussions are always on the opportunities and possibilities. With a fast changing business environment, what are the emerging business opportunities and with all our capabilities what are the possibilities, is what I try discussing as much. Also, while traveling on flights you are forced to switch off your connection with the outside world and get a chance to spend time with yourself and reflect. I realised that we are already in the middle of December'24, one more year is coming to an end and time to reflect into the year gone by from the prism of opportunities and possibilities. This year for me was rewarding and at the same time one of the most demanding years, as we scaled up our Startup to the Next level. Change from a small team to a much diverse team, with revenues doubling up every year for the last three years, opportunities and possibilities of scale started setting in, forcing us to change both internal & external, and staying resilient through ups and downs. Throughout 2024, I've watched opportunities unfold like stepping stones while keeping my eyes on the stars of possibilities. I love telling my team that success comes to those who stay alert and ready – not just for the opportunities we expect, but especially for those surprising ones that could change everything. Two Big Opportunities came knocking at our door, opening the realm of opportunities & possibilities. This dynamic year showed me time and again that magic happens when we don't just dream but take action, take those baby steps. My Mentor's words hit home harder than ever: what we focus on expands. Working at the exciting intersection of AI and human creativity, I've seen my own potential expand beyond what I thought possible. The more actively I seek possibilities, the more opportunities seem to find me – for me it's become an energizing cycle of personal & professional growth.

As I look toward 2025, I'm fired up about embracing new beginnings with fresh energy and purpose, at the same time I am quite cautious. I believe 'Maintaining Balance' should be the theme for the New Year. While AI is helping improve our lives, we should be aware of the challenges also it's throwing at us of Digital Frauds. While Work from Anywhere is opening up opportunities & possibilities, it's also bringing in challenges of Mental Health. While Social Media is connecting us far and wide, it's also throwing up the challenge of having meaningful one to one conversations. While our Startup Jeevitam Scale up to new heights both in terms of revenue & profitability, we need to remain committed to our vision of helping vulnerable segments find Sustainable Livelihoods and in their social and financial inclusion. By staying optimistic and prepared, I know we can turn more of our possibilities into achievements. This is what drives me every day: knowing that my experience has my back, endless possibilities lie ahead, and opportunities surround me just waiting to be seized. Here's to moving forward with passion, staying nimble through change, and letting our wins light up the path to an incredible 2025!

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
