This recognition, following our HSBC CNBC SME Award last August, marks significant milestones in our journey of creating impact while building a profitable tech platform. These achievements reminded me of how recognition has shaped our lives since childhood – from the gold stars in primary school that made us beam with pride to the sports medals that taught us the value of persistence. Those early rewards weren't just tokens; they were formative experiences that showed us the satisfaction of being acknowledged for hard work and dedication. Similarly, professional recognition doesn't just validate our efforts – at Jeevitam, it strengthens our resolve to continue pushing boundaries and creating meaningful Impact using AIForGood and making AIAllInclusive.

This week I saw this Ted Talk about the above. I could relate to it so much to my Journey. Authenticity for me is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s all about the choice to show up and be real, to be and to let out true selves be seen. It is also about being true to who we really are. Authenticity is more than speaking; Authenticity is also about doing. Every decision we make says something about who we are. Authenticity starts in the heart.
