Age is Just a Number!

At 42, Rishi Sunak became the youngest prime minister in modern political history when he took office this week. At 23, Ritesh Agarwal, CEO of Oyo became the youngest Founder of a Unicorn. Joe Biden, President of US took the presidential oath of office 61 days after turning 78. After quitting her job at the age of 50, Falguni founded Nykaa. My younger daughter became a Cloud Kitchen Entrepreneur when she was 16 years old, My Father in Law who is 80+ years is unstoppable & keeps working on something new. Age is really only a number, that's all. It has no limitations! The only limitations are the ones we set for ourselves. Those who dare to become their truest version will find a deeper purpose in life. And, when life has a purpose, time has no boundaries. I believe when time has no boundaries, Age is Just a Number!  I have been conducting Future of Livelihood Webinars with college students for some time now, it gives me an opportunity to interact with them and get their pe...

Happy Diwali!

This Friday we celebrated Diwali with the Entire Jeevitam Team after almost two years. It was a unique experience as many of the colleagues participated in ths festivities virtually. Everyone was dressed in ethnic Indian clothing, we conducted Havan & Diwali Pooja in our Delhi office which was attended by everyone digitally & physically, had good food together and clicked photographs. Everyone enjoyed the whole experience and had a feeling of togetherness. In the hustle and bustle of our Startup Journey, I think it was important for us to spend time as Jeevitam Family and enjoy Diwali Festivities. When we celebrate a festival, we are essentially celebrating all that is good and valuable in life, such as Family, Friends and Colleagues. As the festival of lights inches closer, my heart beats faster and I can just smell the festivities in the air. When I think about my childhood Diwali memories, I remember reluctantly helping Parents with Diwali House Cleaning, watching &...

Love What You Do!

For the last few months I have been obsessed with the Initiative *Aarambh* wherein we are helping increase Women Workforce Participation in India through Innovative Models & help creating a Movement. I am very passionate about our Startup, Jeevitam which is helping Vulnerable Segments find Sustainable Livelihood. However, Aarambh Initiative has added altogether a different dimension, it has been able to bring all our Ecosystem Partners together, everyday it's opening new opportunities for us and more importantly allowing us to bring in Innovative Ideas & our Proprietary Technology to come into Play. Everyday is a new day for me, talking to new people every day, bringing everyone together to work towards this cause and actually putting all the new ideas to execution. And I personally Love All What I Do. "The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle." ~Steve Jobs. I think when we do what we lo...

When You want something to Work, You make it Work!

We did a soft launch of Audacious Project on 2nd October to help as many Women/Girls find Sustainable Livelihood. In our Startup Jeevitam, we have been working to help vulnerable segments find Sustainable Livelihood. Few months back when this idea of focussing on helping increase Women Workforce Participation in India came to us, all our Stakeholders/Partners were keen to work on this Initiative. Each One from our heart wanted this Big Idea, this Big Initiative, this Audacious Project to Work. I am myself Father of two daughters and l always wanted my daughters to be self Dependent. We all are well aware of the theme 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padao' (Save daughters by Educating them), we asked ourselves what's the next logical step, 'Beti ko Swawlambi Banao' (help her become Self-Dependent) was the next logical step we believed. This idea of helping daughters of our country become Self-Dependent captures the Aspirations of the Young Girls of India 'Main Hoon Bharat Ki...

We believe we are on to something Big, something Audacious and this Initiative probably be the beginning of a Movement & and that's how we are calling this Initiative Aarambh, a Begining, a Shruat for everyone to come together to start a Movement. There are many good people/organisations who are doing amazing work, the idea is to bring them all together, give them a *Plug & Play Platform* and allow them to contribute as per their capacity, we call it  Yathashakti .  - You are a Corporate/Startup , pls share open positions for Women in your organisation, we will help you find Women Work Seekers across country.
