Always Do Closure!

Image
Today marks the final day of the Financial Year 23-24, a pivotal moment for the closure of the fiscal cycle. Many of us have been diligently working over the past few days to ensure a seamless transition into the new financial year. Closures, in my opinion, are critical milestones that represent the first step towards achieving success. Without proper closure, we risk becoming stuck in a perpetual loop, unable to effectively move forward and grow. Finding the closure we need is imperative, as it allows us to embrace the vast array of opportunities that lie ahead. In both our professional and personal lives, closures play a vital role in facilitating our evolution and progression. I have experienced when we strive to accomplish something monumental, something truly remarkable that pushes boundaries, it is essential to prioritize the practice of "Always Doing Closures." Failure to bring endeavors to a thoughtful conclusion can leave us floundering, spinning our wheels rather th...

If We Keep Doing things that are in Our Control i.e Keep Working Hard, Stay Committed & Bring Our Best on the Table. Things that are not in our control, will eventually take care of themselves!

This week I read through a post shared by Actor Suniel Shetty on LinkedIn. I have read his several posts and must say like his posts as I find them written with experience, heartfelt and something you could relate to. He shares "In our careers, we need so many different things to align, for an opportunity to work out. We need to be there at the right place at the right time. We perhaps need the right kind of people to show up and support us. We need the right kind of skills. And yet in the moment of truth, we need all that and so much more to come together and work like magic. It may not be evident at the time, but in due course we will look back and realise how several factors came together for something good to fall into place." Life can feel out of control at times. There are things we can't change, like unexpected events or other people's actions. But there's also a lot we can influence. By focusing on what we can do, like working hard, staying committed and b...

Make Simplicity a Way of Life!

Image
This week, during a demonstration of our Jeevitam Platform to a potential partner, a significant observation arose: the platform's remarkable simplicity. The client noted that our design is exceptionally user-friendly, particularly for vulnerable segments of the population, and can be easily scaled. With just three straightforward steps, work seekers can register & apply for livelihood opportunities at Scale over Voice technology. Simplification for us isn't merely a design principle; it's a philosophy that advocates for minimizing complexity wherever possible. By embracing simplicity, we have ensured the highest levels of user acceptance and interaction. Uber and Airbnb serve as prime examples: both platforms enable users to book services in three simple steps, concealing the complex technology underpinning their operations. Despite the intricacies behind the scenes, the user experience remains remarkably intuitive. Simplification for me, involves stripping away the un...

Be Kind to Others and Yourself!

Image
This week I read through a post on LinkedIn wherein the author shared a story in which a random act of kindness from an individual unknowingly had a profound positive impact in the life of someone. In the relentless pursuit of success, ambition, and grand achievements, we often find ourselves caught up in the whirlwind of life's complexities. I have experienced that we become so consumed by the big picture that we overlook the beauty and significance of the small, seemingly insignificant moments that truly make life worth living. Yet, I believe, it is these little acts of kindness, the simple gestures, that can have a profound impact on those around us and remind us that the world is not as difficult as it may seem. A warm smile shared with a stranger, a heartfelt compliment, or the act of holding the door open for someone can be the catalyst that brightens someone's day and reminds them of the inherent goodness in the world. I think by being that person who radiates kindness i...

Have the Courage to Follow Your Heart and Intuition!

Image
This week while speaking to potential investors, potential clients, potential partners, I realised while sharing all the desired data, information required for them to take decisions, at the end I expected them to follow their heart and intuition while taking decisions. However, the mind needs to see things before believing that they are possible. It needs to see the proof that if they follow their heart and intuition, they will get the things they want to get. And since we have created a society that honors the servant – rational mind, and has forgotten the gift – the intuitive mind, as Albert Einstein said it so beautifully, we listen to our fearful mind more than we listen to our heart and intuition. It takes a lot of courage to not allow the noise of the rationale mind drown out our own inner voice. I believe if we follow our heart and intuition, we will always receive the things we wish to receive. “Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know wha...
