This week it was my Birthday, it's just that one day in the Year where everyone wishes you and many try to make you feel special. My Startup, Jeevitam Family had organised a small get together for me in the office with everyone in the team joining physically/digitally. There was usual cake cutting & food, but what stood out for me on this occasion was that everyone from the team spoke about me. They spoke about their experiences with me, my discussions with them, events, occassions etc, everyone had something to share. It was indeed very nostalgic and heart warming to hear everyone speak about me. In the Evening Over Dinner with my Family Elders, enthused with my experience in office, I requested all Elders to speak about their experiences with me, again hearing them, it was full of warmth & love. In today's leading daily, I read this Interview of Cricket Legend, Sachin Tendulkar wherein he shared around 13 Lessons from his Life in Cricket. I have picked up three lessons that I felt were very relevant to my Life and start-up Journey. The first Lesson was 'Back Yourself, Belief is the Key'. Self-belief for me is the confidence that we have in our own abilities, qualities, and judgment. I think Believing in oneself is the foundation of everyone's success. I have experienced that it's all about trusting ourselves and our decisions, even when we face uncertainty or doubt. Our Self-belief has always pushed us to take risks, and persevere in the face of adversity from time to time. In our Startup Jeevitam, we have been following a Hybrid model of working since the onset of the crisis. We have our team working from over 23 Locations across India & overseas. This week a few of the Team members from across India travelled to Delhi to meet our Delhi Team members. Most of them have been with Jeevitam for some time but were meeting the Delhi Team members in person for the first time. It was indeed a good time spent with all the Team members bonding over food, travelling, meeting & spending good time together. We reviewed Jeevitam's achievements in the last financial year, planned for the next financial year, and took time to celebrate and recognize everyone's contributions. I think this helped build a sense of camaraderie and reinforced the team's connection. We believe by fostering open communication, building trust, and creating such opportunities for team bonding, Team Jeevitam can strengthen their connections and work more effectively together. ...

 This week I saw a short motivational video of Mr Mukesh Ambani on one of the Social Media Platforms. In this video, he shared  "Nobody has ever achieved anything Big in Business or in any walk of Life without Courage. Of course, whenever we do anything Big, we do feel a little scared. But we got to conquer fear to discover the hidden hero within us. With courage, with Self-belief and a Can Do Spirit we Can Overcome Any Adversity. Therefore achieving our potential is the quest of the ordinary. Conquering the Impossible is our destiny." I totally concur with his views and can relate to our Startup, Jeevitam journey. We are trying to do something really big as we help Vulnerable Segments find Sustainable Livelihood. And Yes, it definitely scares many of us with the magnanimity and the complexity of the problem we are trying to solve.  Since the beginning of this month, We have been focussing on meeting and finalising plans with our Partners for the New Financial Year. As we met our Partners We were convinced that the only way we can go both fast and far is together. Every time we think about the Social & Financial Inclusion of the Vulnerable Segments, We are filled with hope and the realisation that collectively we truly can do anything. We simply need the will, the determination, the right Partnerships, and a focus on meaningful measures of success. Getting to something bigger like Social & Financial Inclusion of Vulnerable Segments is much easier if we are not attempting it alone.
